Shipping

All orders are typically processed within 1 business day, however this may increase to 2 business days during particularly busy periods (e.g. holiday seasons). You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking details.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship to peninsular Malaysia at a flat rate of Rm 7, with orders typically delivered within 1-3 working days from shipment.

Shipments to East Malaysia are charged at a flat rate of Rm 14, with orders typically delivered within 3-5 working days from shipment.

Singapore Shipping Rates

We offer 2 shipping options for our Singapore customers; Aramex Standard (2-3 working days from shipment) and Aramex Express (1 working day from shipment).

Rest-of-World Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated based on your address and displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Femme Projects Sdn Bhd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
